Professional Services
Over the last six years, Crystal Echo has delivered consulting services to Juniper, Juniper Distributors, Resellers, and End users engaging directly at each level.
We were also part of NetScreen’s original Professional Services program prior to Juniper’s acquisition. Services were contracted direct to the US operation and delivered to NetScreen customers in the APAC region around the predecessor to NSM called Global Pro which could only be installed by a nominated PS partner. Engagement would involve the installation, documentation and customised training around the platform and operation of Global Pro (firewall management platform).
Services delivered to Juniper end users have included the following;
- Firewall migration, configuration, troubleshooting
- IDP design, installation and configuration
- Security Manager platform installation and migration
- Juniper Router architecture design and troubleshooting
Our primary focus is to work with our experienced instructor base to further expand our professional services capability. In line with the anticipated growth in professional services Crystal Echo will continue the process of acquiring new personnel to work in both the training and professional services arena.
We anticipate growing demand for our services around the following Enterprise technologies:
• Unified Access Control for Juniper’s Infranet Controller
• EX Switching
• JUNOS Enhanced Services for SRX firewalls
We are well positioned to begin immediate projects around all Juniper technologies and product lines.
