Per Nielsen

Per has delivered technical IT network training and consulting for over 20 years.  Initially starting his training experience as a Certified Cisco instructor, he has travelled the world working for an array of professional organizations holding technical, project technical lead and training roles.

Prior to working for Crystal Echo, Per worked on Telecom New Zealand’s NGN network with the following tasks;

• Design, deployment and TAT testing of Layer 2&3 VPN’s (MPLS 2547bis VPN, Layer 2 VPN, VPLS) High availability Network based on Juniper and Cisco routers.
• Level 3/4 support and troubleshooting on the TNZ MPLS/BGP backbone network, based on the Juniper M40e & T320 series routers and Riverstone switches
• Testing of DiffServ MPLS QOS implementation on the Juniper Backbone.
• Implementation and support of ERX-BRAS edge Routers, based on XDSL/ATM- PPPOA, PPPOE, ATM, SDH, SONET and POS.

In 2006, Per became a Juniper Networks Certified Instructor.

Working for Crystal Echo duties include the delivery of training in Australia,  New Zealand, Asia and Europe.
